The earliest known black tea is Lapsang Souchong. Chinese tea producers had to speed up the drying process of green tea leaves to avoid spoilage.

To do this, they smoked the leaves over pinewood fire accidentally, creating the world’s first black tea.

Black tea gets its name from the fully oxidized process it undergoes, giving it a dark color and robust flavor that distinguishes it from green or white teas

Ginger is a great aid to weigh management and loss for a number of different reasons which include:

  • Suppresses appetite- which helps control cravings and hunger.
  • Reduces water retention and inflammation. Because ginger tea contains diuretic and inflammatory properties it can reduce water weigh.

MATCHA TEA

Do you know how matcha gets it green?

It’s all in the processing technique and the primary source of the green color comes from the chlorophyll; which is a nature process which allows them to photosynthesize.
